BUCKMAN APPOINTS CARNCROSS VP PERFORMANCE CHEMICALS Buckman Laboratories has appointed Charles Carncross vice president of its newly-formed performance chemicals division. Carncross has spent 20 years at Buckman Laboratories, most recently as vice president of the coatings and plastics division.
